The panoramic views you will experience during your vacation in Morocco are breathtaking and the people to be met on the trails are some of the warmest and friendliest in the world. Welcome to our authentic vacations and Adventures in Morocco!

Concerning the history of the country, the archaeological evidence proves that the Amazigh (the indigenous people) inhabited the region about two thousand years before the Phoenician colonization of the area between the 8th and the 6th century BC. Indigenous Amazigh (Berber) monarchs ruled the area from the 3rd century BC until 40 BC when it was annexed to the Roman Empire. The Muslims conquered the region in the early 8th century AD, and the Moroccan state in the modern sense of the term was established half a century later. Nowadays Morocco is the place where old and modern civilizations mix harmoniously together.

Morocco is deeply rooted in history and its branches are widely open to the modern world. Almost everybody knows that currently Morocco is one of the top exotic destinations. Its mild climate and expansive stretches of ocean sand also place it among Morocco’s top beach towns. Essaouira’s walled medina was added to UNESCO’s World Heritage list in 2001. Its well-preserved, late-18th -century fortified layout is a prime example of European military architecture in North Africa. For the visitor, the mellow atmosphere, narrow winding streets lined with colorful shops, whitewashed houses and heavy old wooden doors make it a lovely place to stroll.

Optional lunch at a local restaurant.

Check in – Optional dinner. Overnight in Essaouira.

Monday | Essaouira – Safi – Oualidia – Casablanca airport

Breakfast in the hotel.

Transfer to Casablanca via Safi, Oualidia and El Jadida. Safi is one of the most attractive cities in Morocco thanks         to its long history. The city was under protectorate by the Portuguese Empire from 1488 to 1541. During this period, the Portuguese built a fortress to protect the city. Safi nowadays is the main fishing port for the country’s sardine industry, and also exports phosphates, textiles and ceramics. During the Second World War, Safi was one of the landing sites for Operation Torch.

Optional lunch at a local restaurant.

Oualidia is a small village on the Atlantic coast, facing a salt water lagoon and beach where ocean and coast merge. Oualidia is the ideal place to unwind. The magic of the lagoon and the tides provide a constantly-changing back veil. Poised on the edge of the ocean, in a site of great ecological importance, Oualidia will attract, captivate, energize and sooth in equal measure.
