Vigo, Spain  |  Our first port of call shall be Vigo where we will berth at 08.00 am.  Spain’s busiest fishing port sits on the rugged west coast of the province of Galicia with a deep, fjord-like harbor.   The ship docks right in front of this fortress city. The revered spiritual destination of Santiago de Compostela can be reached easily from Vigo.  The ship offers a 5-hour optional excursion to Santiago.  The ship will set sail at 5.00 pm.

Monday 4 September 2017

Lisbon, Portugal  |  At 08.00 am we will dock in Lisbon, Portugal’s capital city. Lisbon enchants travelers with its white-bleached limestone buildings, intimate alleyways and an easy-going charm. Set against the ever-present backdrop of the Atlantic Ocean, this dainty sun-kissed city lives in a Latin fairytale of timeworn manner and traditions. We will leave Lisbon at 5.00 pm.

Tuesday 5 Septmeber 2017

At Sea  |  Another relaxing day.

Wednesday 6 Septmeber 2017

Ponta Delgada, Azores  |  Navigator of the Seas will berth at 09.00 am.  The remote Azores archipelago was uninhabited until Portuguese settlers arrived.  Distinctive architecture of whitewash and black basalt lend Ponta Delgada a monochrome complexion, but this is a town full of colorful character.  The cruise terminal is a few minutes’ walk from the town centre.  Spend time exploring its historical center with its cobbled-stone squares, museums and well-tended gardens. The ship will leave at 5.00 pm.

Thursday 7 Spetmebr 2017

At Sea  |  Today is another day at sea as the ship will be sailing towards Tenerife.  A relaxing day to enjoy all the onboard activities and facilities.

Friday 8 September 2017

Tenerife, Canary Islands   |  Our next port of call will be Tenerife, the largest of Spain’s Canary Islands, where we shall dock at noon and remain until 9.00 pm.  The island has historic towns, mountains, a towering volcano and a lively capital in Santa Cruz, where one can enjoy the waterfront promenade, museums and open-air cafes and bars.  Free shuttle buses are usually provided by the Tenerife Port Authority to Plaza de Espana, the center of town, where pedestrian shopping streets converge.

Saturday 9 September 2017

Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Canary Islands  |  At 07.00 am we shall dock in Las Palmas, the Spanish capital of Gran Canaria island.  Las Palmas has a charming Old Quarter and offers great dining at the many tapas bars.  The cruise terminal is located right in the city center, only 100 metres from the Muelle modern shopping centre.  The ship will lift anchors at 4.00 pm.

Funchal (Madeira), Portugal  |  Today’s port of call will be Funchal where we will dock at 08.00 am. Funchal is the capital of the island of Madeira and its Europe’s most picturesque and cleanest capital.  The approach to Funchal Harbour is well documented as one of the two most spectacular in the world, being on a par with Rio de Janeiro. Once ashore, the cafes, restaurants and history that mark this famed capital are around 20 minutes’ walk away. We will sail out of Funchal at 4.00 pm.

Devastated in World War II, due to the boldness of its reconstruction, it’s been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.   From the cruise terminal to the city of Le Havre, it’s about a 25-minute walk.  Paris is around 2-3 hours away.  Try not to miss Le Havre’s great waterside art museum or the seaside pleasure of its marina and long pebble beach.  At 9.00 pm, the ship will start its journey back to Southampton.
